We had a very comfy and clean room and an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were great, including low-cost underground parking and a spa bath in the room. We loved the location of this hotel, which is right in the center of town, with easy access to transportation and plenty of restaurants. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious and reasonably priced.
Not obvious to find.

Very comfortable, large, clean rooms. Delicious breakfast.
Staircase (and surrounding rooms) somewhat noisy. The fitness centre is not very well equipped.

The location in the city is perfect. Restaurants, bars and the ferry to Cadiz are nearby. Breakfast is also good.
Nothing to criticize the hotel for. If you are travelling on motorcycles, you should be aware that the parking attendant of the nearby multi-storey car park will charge the full price for each motorcycle, even if several vehicles only use one parking space. We discussed it out and finally only paid for the space used, but you just have to discuss it.

It was central and yet it wasn't noisy at night. The parking garage is right next door and you can quickly get to the airport in Jerez.

The location in the old town and the convenient parking possibility in the underground car park next door (€ 3.95 for 24 hours). Beds large and with good, firm mattress. Condition room and bathroom incl. cleanliness good.
Breakfast on average without much variety, but free scrambled or fried eggs on order.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The room was beautifully decorated and had a big balcony that offered stunning views. The spa bath was a pleasant surprise and added a touch of luxury to my stay. The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location was super convenient, with everything I needed within walking distance. Even though I didn't have breakfast, the breakfast area looked really nice. This hotel offered the best value for money compared to any other place I stayed at during my month in Spain. I can't wait to stay here again!

It was right in the middle of Puerto de Santa Maria. Perfect for walking the waterside, enjoying some tapas or just hanging out at the local venti for some frosty adult beverages.

Good, central location. Anonymity if you wanted it. Staff helpful.
Other residents slam doors late at night and voices/plumbing can be hgeard from adjoining rooms. but this is par for the course in Spain.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. For its affordable prices, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the level of service provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure that check-in was prompt and the room was clean and tidy. The location of the hotel in the center was perfect, with everything within easy reach. I especially enjoyed the comfortable bed and the complimentary Wifi that worked well throughout my stay.
All in all, everything was more than okay.

Great find in a good location. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly. The hotel had a good selection for breakfast to suit most peoples requirements. The beds were a little hard for my taste, but we were still able to get a comfortable night's rest. The location is ideal as it is within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants. , a nice coastal walk to a lovely little beach called Playa de la Calita.
Although the hotel was generally quiet, the thin walls meant that we could hear noises from other rooms from time to time. , one of the rooms had an adjoining door to the next room, and the soundproofing was poor.

Very nice hotel in El Puerto de Santa Maria. Comfortable bed, good shower and jaccuzi style bath. Very near the catamaran dock for Cadiz which is a fantastic city.

This hotel in Puerto de Santa Maria offers great value for money. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some even having a terrace and a view of the plaza. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location is also perfect, with easy access to the boat and catamaran to Cadiz. Breakfast, although not fancy, had enough options to satisfy our hunger in the morning.
Service could be improved by having more staff at breakfast.
